What is factored into the costs of our cleaning services?

There are many things factored into the fee of our services when working out hourly rates and set fees. This includes things such as the location of the property and fuel costs, products and equipment used, insurance costs and general overheads that need to be covered, all relevant taxes and rates.

How long will it take to clean my property?

This will depend on the size of the property and the type of clean being carried out. A regualr domestic clean on a smaller property in reasonable condition will take approximately 2 to 3 hours. A bigger property or a property in poorer condition may take 4 to 5 hours.

Deep cleans typically take between 2 to 6 hours.

Do I need to provide any cleaning products or equipment?

No. All cleaning products and equipment needed is provided by us.

What if something gets broken or damaged?

We have full public liability and professional indemnity insurance cover. If something is broken by one of our members of staff, it will be repaiored or replaced in a timely manner.
